How will the finished piece be used …
- Commercially – radio, internet or TV?
- Corporate narration – internal use only, B2B or POS?
- Telephony – on hold messaging, IVR or sales support?
- Internet – narration or podcasting?
- eLearning – tutorials or presentations?
- TV – promotional, ID tags, continuity or news?
- Radio – tags or continuity?
How long is your script – a word count, a page count or an approximate time would be helpful here?
For how long will the finished product be used?
Is the piece just a one-off or one of a series?
What kind of deadline have you in mind for receiving the finished product (‘ASAP’ is not usually very helpful here)?
I am, usually, available at very short notice and can, usually, turn something around within 24 hours of receiving it, depending on my workload.
In terms of delivery, what style or presentation etc are you looking for?
What kind of audience will I be addressing on your behalf – businesses, schools or professional associations for example?
Which format would you like to receive the finished product in (.wav, .mp3 or some other)?
